ELECTRIC TORQUE TOOL · 25–8,000 FT - LBS
GET THE BOLT
LOAD RIGHT.
EVERY TIME.
The LITHIUM SERIES II is the most advanced electric torque tool made — built to deliver consistent, measured, documented bolt load.
Lighter than a hydraulic spread. Smarter than a big wrench.

01 / WHY
Behind every failure is inconsistent bolt load.
Leaks. Unplanned shutdowns. Joints that come back apart. Trace them back far enough and you reach the same root cause — the bolt didn't end up carrying the load it was designed to carry.
Get the clamp force right and the joint simply holds. Get it wrong, and no gasket, inspection, or sign-off can save it. Torque accuracy isn't paperwork — it's how you protect people, uptime, and the work.
THE REFRAME
Torque is just one way to reach a target — and a lossy one. Most of it is eaten by friction; only a fraction becomes clamp force. That's why two bolts at identical torque can carry completely different loads.
TORQUE IS THE METHOD
BOLT LOAD IS THE GOAL.
THE OLD WAY
Hydraulic Spreads & Big Wrenches
Pump, hoses, and setup time
Two people on the joint
Result varies by who's swinging it
Brute force and fatigue
No record of what was applied
THE LST WAY
One Person. One Tool
A 9.5 lb tool, carried and run by one operator
Grab and go — no pump, no hoses
Same measured result, every time
Up to 8,000 ft-lbs of controlled torque
Every bolt documented automatically
You don't just save labor — you raise the value of every person on the crew. The tool sets the standard, not the individual. Work done right, the first time, every time.
03 / WHAT
A documented record for every bolt.
For flange management and QA, the bolt is only half the deliverable. The LST hands you the other half — automatically.
Captured automatically
Every trigger pull records target & final torque, angle, date, time, pass & bolt number, Job ID, User ID, and an OK / error status.
Two ways out
Stream live over Bluetooth to the HYTORC Connect app, or export to a PC by USB as a standard .CSV file.
Audit-ready
Hand over a joint with a complete, defensible record instead of a clipboard and a signature.
ADVANCE BOLTING, IN PRACTICE
The data isn't a byproduct. It's the point.
Every trigger pull records torque and the angle turned past snug. That pairing is what lets you prove consistent bolt stretch — and it unlocks strategies a click wrench never could. Real field use cases below.

USE CASE · TORQUE + ANGLE MONITORING
CONSISTENT STRETCH ON EVERY BOLT
Torque alone is a lossy proxy — friction eats most of it. But the angle turned after the trigger torque is directly proportional to how far the bolt stretched. Monitor that angle and you're measuring the one thing that matters: preload.
The LST logs the angle-past-snug for every fastener, so you can prove each bolt in the pattern reached the same stretch — not just the same torque reading.
USE CASE · RESIDUAL - TORQUE CHECK
READ THE LOAD ALREADY ON THE BOLT
Need to know if a previously-tightened bolt is still holding? Apply a small angle forward, then reverse, while monitoring torque. The peak torque at the end of the forward rotation reveals the residual load — without over-tightening.
A non-destructive verification the LST can document across an entire flange, giving flange-management teams a defensible before/after record.
MONITORED TORQUE
TORQUE TO TARGET, ANGLE IN-WINDOW
Drives to target torque while watching the angle. Outside the acceptable angle band it flags a re-hit or a loose joint — instantly.

MONITORED ANGLE
ANGLE TO TARGET, TORQUE IN-WINDOW
Turns to a target angle while watching torque. If torque strays past the engineered range before the angle is reached, it stops and reports the fault.

CONFIGURED BY QR
SCAN THE JOB ID. SKIP THE MENU.
Instead of thumbing through the tool menu, generate a QR code per job or joint. Scan it and the tool loads the Job ID and the exact bolting parameters — right operation, right torque, right angle window — in one step.
Fewer keystrokes, zero mis-keys, and the same configuration handed to every operator on the crew.

FROM THE FIELD
"It's lighter than I expected, it's really fool proof, and so simple that anyone can get the job done. The guys are going to be able to work longer and safer — while still getting the job done right."
