Placing Orders

To place an order:

  1. Place a quote by selecting your products, add them to the quote cart & amend quantity
  2. Submit Quote and you shall receive an email
  3. Once Quotes are agreed by TMP, you will receive a notification via email to move products to cart
  4. Select shipping method
  5. Check order details including the applicable delivery charge
  6. Provide shipping & billing information
  7. Make payment / Submit Order without payment for Customers with credit terms
  8. Customer will receive a Confirmation of Order via email notifying the Customer of the Company's acceptance of your order and agreement to supply the goods to you.
  9. Once an Order has been accepted, no cancellation of that Order is valid unless you receive our written communication or email permitting the cancelled Order. Substitution of product shall not be allowed unless the product is already obsolete and superseded by its latest model.
  10. If the Company is unable to supply any order / product due to unavailability of ready stock at our warehouse, the said order / product shall be, at the option of the Customer, (i) TMP shall get in touch with customer to propose alternative sku/solutions; or (ii) be put on back order and supplied when stock becomes available. Any cancellation must be made within 7 days from the date of notification to the Customer. For further information, please refer to our Return and Exchange policy.
